Moscow Mule Jell-O Shots, The Most Special One

8 and 1/2 ounces ginger beer
(We used Fever Tree brand)
1 and 1/2 ounces lime juice
6 ounces of vodka
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
2 tsp lime zest

Instructions Put lime juice and ginger beer into a small saucepan then gently besprinkle with gelatin evenly over the liquid surface. Let the mixture sit there about 6 minutes then the gelatin will soften. Slowly warm and constantly stir until you got a complete dissolution of gelatin.

There will be no grainy sensation of gelatin powder instead of that you will get a more slipper and smooth felling between your fingers. Be careful about the temperature and avoid boiling during this step.

To preserve more alcohol content we wait for a moment to cool it down then stir with vodka. Pour the liquid into your shot vessel or other suitable molds if you have.

After an night refrigerating your Jello Moscow Mule is ready. Remove these creative Jellos from shot vessels and serve them to your guest with copper mugs.
